Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in the original mailer.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
